Who we are
Rapid Responder Ltd provides engineering response, maintenance and operational-support services. Company number: 17339512. You can contact us at hello@rapidresponder.co.uk or 0800 092 5770.
Information we may receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, postcode, service requirement and the information you include in your message and any optional equipment photograph or document you attach. We may also receive normal correspondence and service records when we work with you.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand the support required, prepare quotations, arrange services, maintain business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law or pursue legitimate business interests.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers, professional advisers, engineers or authorities where reasonably necessary to respond, deliver services, operate the business or comply with law. Providers should only use information for the agreed purpose and protect it appropriately.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service relationship, record-keeping and applicable legal requirements. We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect information, although no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email hello@rapidresponder.co.uk.
Cookies and website technology
We use essential storage to remember cookie choices and support website functions. Hosting providers may process technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
If you accept optional measurement, we use Google Ads to understand how adverts contribute to completed enquiries. Google may receive technical information, including page visits, browser details and advertising identifiers. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or the information you type into enquiry forms in these measurement events. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalised advertising through this feature.
Optional measurement remains off until you accept it. Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days. Google Ads may set first-party advertising measurement cookies such as _gcl_aw, typically for up to 90 days. An enquiry measurement marker is held temporarily in your browser session and removed when used or expired. You can change your choice through the Cookie settings button. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes accessible first-party advertising cookies; it does not delete data already received by Google. Essential website functions remain available if you decline.
For more information about Google processing, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy when our services, website or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date.
